Tina is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Banking Departments. She regularly represents purchasers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential properties, including condos, coops, and multi-family housing. She also has experience in the representation of some of the nation’s largest lenders in residential purchases and refinances. She is committed to being attentive and accessible to her clients.
Tina grew up in China and is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese. Because of this bilingual and bicultural background, she is uniquely positioned to assist international clients in navigating complex legal and regulatory issues in their cross-border real estate transactions.
In her spare time, Tina enjoys movies, travelling, and playing volleyball.
