As a Founding Partner of Schwartz Levine Pinkas Stark PLLC, with over a decade of experience working on real estate transactions, Charles represents clients in New York City, Westchester and throughout the greater New York metropolitan area. He focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate law, handling transactional matters such as sales, acquisitions, leasing, and financing of property. 

Charles has a keen understanding of the New York metropolitan market and is extremely attentive to clients. He has worked with many high-profile individuals and companies and is adept at handling the most complex cases. In addition, Charles is committed to using his experience to teach others and regularly speaks about contracts and other real estate law matters at many of the top New York real estate brokerage firms such as Douglas Elliman, Corcoran, and Compass, among others. 

Prior to joining Schwartz Levine Pinkas Stark, Charles was a partner in the commercial and residential real estate department of Friedberg Pinkas PLLC. He has extensive experience representing sellers and purchasers, landlords, and tenants in all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts and leases and conducting closings with respect to various types of real property.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys working out, spinning, trying new restaurants, and watching New York sports teams. He lives in Bedford, New York with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
