Ross is a Founding Partner of Schwartz Levine Pinkas PLLC and its predecessor firm, Schwartz, Levine & Kaplan PLLC, and is a co-Managing Partner in the firm’s real estate department. Ross routinely represents individuals and entities in connection with the buying and selling of residential real estate in New York and New Jersey. In addition, Ross also represents many entities in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial properties and in the leasing of commercial space.

Throughout his years of practice, Ross has worked with many foreign companies and persons in the acquisition and sale of real estate. As a result, he frequently travels abroad to meet with prospective, existing, and former clients relating to the purchase of new construction condominium apartments. Over the past few years, Ross has made frequent trips to Singapore, Taiwan, London, the United Kingdom, and China.

Ross has built his successful practice through word-of-mouth referrals from both former clients and real estate brokers, as he is widely known to utilize a dedicated approach to achieve client goals through business acumen and excellent negotiation skills. Ross focuses on providing his clients with efficient and responsive representation to ensure that they feel well-informed and protected.

Ross is a frequent lecturer at the top real estate brokerage firms in New York City, where he educates brokers on real estate law and closing deals.  In addition, he has served as a guest lecturer at the New York State Bar Association’s real estate seminar, where he spoke to hundreds of attorneys regarding the “ins and outs of the purchase of condominium and cooperative units in the City of New York.” He has also been a featured attorney for a panel at Inman Connect in New York City entitled “Legal Issues That Are Going to Smack You in the Face this Year.” In addition, Ross has appeared on HGTV’s Selling New York “Hidden Gems” episode which aired on national television on April 17, 2014, in which he represented a couple buying a luxury condominium apartment in Manhattan.

Ross was an indoor cycling (spin) instructor for over eight years at Crunch Fitness and he ran the NYC Marathon in 2016. Currently, Ross practices Muay Thai kickboxing, a form of martial arts.
