Josh is a Partner at Schwartz Levine Pinkas Stark PLLC and the Manager of the firm’s Bank Closing Department. Josh focuses on representing buyers, sellers and lenders in connection with residential real estate transactions in New York City, Long Island, Westchester and the surrounding areas.

Josh provides dedicated customer service to his clients as well as always being available and responsive to his referral sources. As a result of his efforts to ensure his clients are well protected in their transaction to allow for successful closings, Josh has built a very successful practice built on word-of-mouth referrals, repeat clients and strong relationships with real estate agents and mortgage bankers/brokers.

Prior to his time at Schwartz Levine Pinkas Stark PLLC, Josh spent several years in the sports and entertainment industries working at one of the “Big Four” major record labels as well as a NYC-based NFL player agency where he honed his ability to work well in high pressure environments and to manage demanding clientele.
